This dataset contains biochemical assay data associated with an effort to develop inhibitors of the ATP synthase enzymes of Acinetobacter baumannii and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which are problematic bacterial pathogens. Quinoline compounds synthesized by the authors were tested for their ability to inhibit bacterial growth, in vitro ATP synthesis activity, and in vitro respiratory activity. Processed results from those assays, as well as a readme file describing each data file, are contained within.
